Our services are tailored to assist migrants, refugees, and asylum seekers in navigating legal challenges they may face. Whether you're dealing with issues related to immigration, housing, employment, or any other legal matter, our dedicated team is here to help.

This service is designed to provide you with expert legal advice and support, completely free of charge. Providing advocacy and advice on

  • Traffic Matters: fines, speeding, parking, and general traffic offences.
  • Debt Issues: phone providers, utilities, etc.
  • Local Court: Advice and some assistance with drafting documents.
  • Motor Vehicle Accident Damage.
  • Complaints about insurance companies, banks, or financial institutions.
  • Employment: unfair dismissal, wage disputes.
  • Guardianship: advice on orders for Guardianship or Financial Management.
  • Wills and Estates: General Advice Only (no drafting of documents like Power of Attorney or Wills; referrals to solicitors or NSW Trustee and Guardian for these services).
  • Criminal Matters: Advice Only with potential referral to Legal Aid.
  • Family Law (including child support): General Advice, referrals to Family Law solicitors if needed.
  • Victims Compensation Claims.
  • Fencing and Neighbour D​isputes.
  • Apprehended Domestic or Personal Violence Orders: Advice Only

We cannot provide advice on:

  • Personal Injury law - where someone has been injured either in the workplace, or in a motor vehicle accident or generally if they want to sue an organisation or person - e.g. a hospital or doctor for negligence.
  • Immigration Law including visas.
  • Writing of wills​ or other estate documents.
  • Conveyancing and property matters.
  • Witness mortgage or loan documents.
